DAY 1 of the Annual General meeting and scientific conference kicked off with a press conference ably lead by the chairman of NMA Edo state, Dr Imoisili Udoka.

DAY 2 of the Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference was heart warming as Doctors from all over Edo state converged in one place to discuss the way forward for Health care in Edo state. The ceremony started with an opening speech from the chairman Edo NMA, Dr Udoka Imoisili. The commissioner of Health, Edo state, gave a speech on behalf of the Governor Edo state, His excellency Governor Godwin Obaseki. Dr Friday Okonofua who was the distinguished speaker was on ground to facilitate his session there after Dr Osahon Enabulele president of the world medical association, who was the keynote speaker came up to facilitate his session. Core of the conversation was on Implementing the mandatory national health insurance act 2022 a sureway to curbing the menance of quackery in Edo state.
